1. Schedule Meeting
During the introductory meeting, we review your project’s floor plan and share our portfolio. This helps you understand our company better and see how we can meet your needs.
2. Agreement
At this stage, we sign a contract that outlines the project's scope. The contract has two parts: one for design and one for construction. You’ll have the opportunity to review and sign each part before we proceed to the next step.
3. Design
We present two design options: one based on your style and preferences, and another created by our designer to offer a fresh perspective. You can request unlimited revisions until you’re completely satisfied with the final design with no additional cost.
4. Build
Our in-house project manager, designer, architect, plumber, electrician, and general contractor collaborate closely to handle your project from design to construction. This teamwork ensures easy and seamless communication throughout the process.
